Order Processing Time

All orders are processed the same day that they are received whether your order was placed on-line or by telephone or fax. All orders received after 2:30 PM Eastern Time, will be processed next business day.

Shipping Methods

All international orders are shipped from our manufacturing plant in North Carolina USA via FedEx International Air Service.  Shipping time is between 3 to 5 days, depending upon location.  You will be charged the normal shipping fees charged by FedEx.  We have no control over these costs and will charge you the shipping fees determined by FedEx.  Shipping costs may be calculated from our web site when you place your order.

Pricing

All prices reflected on our web site are in U.S. Dollars.  Your order will be charged in dollars and your bank will convert the charge to your local currency.  To obtain an exact conversion of your purchase into your currency, you may use our Currency Converter to determine the exact amount you are paying in your currency.

Additional Fees

Our pricing DOES NOT include VAT.  All international orders are subject to additional charges that must be paid by the consumer at the time of delivery.  These  charges include customs & duties and VAT.   These are normal charges imposed by your local government and we have no control over these charges. Your order WILL NOT be charged these fees, but you will be expected to pay them at the time of delivery by your local carrier.

Pricing Comparison

When comparison shopping, you will notice that our pricing will be much lower than many local companies.  This is because your purchases will be in U.S. Dollars and do not reflect the cost of importing, shipping, VAT, etc.  Despite the fact that these charges will be applied to your order at the time of delivery, the costs of our products to you will be much lower.
